Brief Description

We are currently seeking a DD Card Intern to join the Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Brands team!

Detailed Description

The primary accountabilities for this position include:


Support DD Card Manager with marketing activities including DD card website user experience enhancement, DD card email creative and optimization, vendor management, and general DD card marketing activities



Key project will be to redesign to the DD card pages on to improve the user experience, increase conversion, and ultimately increase sales.  To optimize the variety of card types and benefits we have available to customers, and overall our pages pale in comparison to competitors. 


This would include competitive research, gaining an understanding of our card vendor landscape, working with our agency to propose changes including creative and copy, and putting together a forecast summary of impact from the changes.
